Oshi Rabin and the Mahlstedt Gallery Public Art Team specialize in public artwork, sculptures, murals & consulting for municipalities and organizations. The team is an expert in technical artistry, project management & logistics. We are equipped to provide large-scale indoor or outdoor public artwork installation projects, coordinating with construction, architecture & contracting professionals. Our approach is versatile & follows the scope of the project to complete on time and within budget.
The team aims to build community identity by commissioning municipalities by initiating artworks that enhance the civic landscape. The goal is to reflect a community’s diversity and historic richness & to enable interaction & feedback from the district.
Lead Designer and Executive Director Oshi Rabin come from the core of the art world as an artist and agent. Oshi is an expert in the art world. She is a multi-disciplined artist and manages artists of varying genres from contemporary to surrealism and hyper-realism and sculptors and photographers. Oshi often participates in civic art panels as an expert in her field.
With its nationally renowned expertise in public art, community outreach, and development of artistic gateways for municipalities, our Public and Urban Art Team will implement an exquisite body of modern public art that is highly detailed, easy to maintain, and achieved in a timely fashion.

This bronze figure was designed and fabricated by Mahlstedt Gallery Team / Robert Perucci and installed outside of the National Infantry Museum at Fort Benning, Georgia. It is made of fabricated and cast bronze as well as fabricated aluminum (base).

I-95 Exit 16, New Rochelle NY
This original sculpture was one of three public artworks designed, fabricated and installed by Oshi Rabin and Robert Perucci for the New Rochelle Gateway Development project. Positioned at the end of the exit 16 off-ramp from I-95, as an iconic gateway to the city.

This original sculpture was one of three public artworks designed, fabricated, and installed by Oshi Rabin and Robert Perucci for the New Rochelle Gateway Development project. The Artists created a unique sculpture made from stainless steel spheres attached to create a contemporary, abstract shape.
