At Oshi Rabin, we cherish our art collectors and strive to ensure your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase from oshirabin.com, we’re pleased to offer a full refund, subject to the terms below:

Return Window

You must submit a return request within 7 calendar days of delivery. Requests received after this period will not be accepted.

Condition

Artwork must be returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, packed in the original packaging, and include all accompanying certificates or documentation.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless Oshi Rabin specifies otherwise (e.g., due to a defect).
We recommend using a reputable, trackable carrier, and you must provide proof of shipment (e.g., a tracking number) upon request.

Insurance Requirement

Returns must be insured for the full purchase value during shipping.
Customers must provide proof of insurance (e.g., a receipt or policy confirmation) upon request.
Oshi Rabin is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft during return transit if insurance is not obtained.

Refund Process:

Upon receiving and inspecting the artwork, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days.
Refunds will not be processed if the artwork arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging or lack of insurance.

Non-Returnable Items

Limited edition sculptures, paintings, framed artwork, commissioned pieces, and gift purchases are final sale and not eligible for returns.
No exceptions will be made.

Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for artwork that has been stretched, stained, altered, mounted, or otherwise damaged by the customer after delivery.

How to Request a Return

Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
We’ll respond with return instructions within 2 business days.
